aaemnnosttvI have looked a lot for an answer to this and found that this is a common error but my case is different.
The error is:
Unable to create directory D:\webs\bucmio\wp/wp-content/uploads.
Is its parent directory writable by the server?
Of course this is failing because the server path is using back slashes. What I can't find out is how to get the server path right.
Note: this is not a local install, it is on a windows hosting platform through Cbeyond.
