Upload large files within WP via contact-form-7

    Not likely.

    A) A 1GB upload could take a day on an old connection.
    B) Your host surely limits the file upload size as does WordPress as does PHP to a much smaller size.

    C) Image just 25 people doing this at once….

    Folks like Facebook and YouTube etc. have huge and very costly data centers that can handle such.
