   I've installed WP 2.8 and now I can no longer upload images when creating a post.

   When I click on any item in the Add Media area nothing happens. The usual pop up does not appear. So, I can't upload images, videos, etc.

   And it appears I can't drag and drop images, the help pulldown doesn't work. If it does not have a button associated with it then it appears to be disabled.

   I have to be able to upload images to make a post.

   How do I fix?

   Try deactivating all plugins and check to see if this resolves the problem. If it does, activate the plugins one by one - checking Administrative functions after each re-activation - until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   That did help...I can upload images now but the visual editor is still now working.
