Thanks for your question. I can give you some things to look for and some questions to make sure I understand your issue.
If you open up the WrodPress admin dashboard and then click on the “Media” menu entry you should see “Att. Category” as a submenu item. If you click on the Att. Category submenu link you will get the “Att. Categories” screen and a table that shows all of the terms you have defined for this taxonomy. Does that work? How many terms do you see in that screen?
On that screen the “Attachments” column shows the number of images assigned to each term. Are the numbers in that column greater than zero (0)? If you click on a number you should get a list of the images assigned to that term. Is that working?
When you go to the Media/Assistant submenu table there is a dropdown in the center at the top of the table that should say “All Att. Categories”. If you click on the dropdown, do you see the complete list of terms? If you click on one of the terms, do you get a table listing of the items for that term?
When you go to a post and click the “Set Featured Image” link you should see the same dropdown in the Media Manager Modal Window, above the area where the image thumbnails appear. Does that dropdown appear, and does it have the same list of terms?
Can you tell me in more detail what you mean by “When I’ve upload a new image I’ve used an att category to order it, but I can’t use this order anyway“?
