   Ok, I'm new.

   WHen I simply go to add an image to the page the "pop up" window appears but is far down in the right corner. I can close the window but I cannot drag it up to a level where I can see the remainder of the buttons and text.

   I can zoom out and see it but this is cleary not the answer.
