Upload Image Size Options (3 posts)

Hi guys I have WordPress 2.2 and one of the best option is the one that allows you to upload image straight to your blog. It also creates thumbnails for you and all that good stuff. Anyways, there is one problem I have with it. When I upload the file, make it show as thumbnail, and then link to a "page", it works just fine, but the image on the "page" version is about, I think, 50% compressed. I don't see any option that allows me to choose how the image shows up on the "page" after users have clicked on the thumbnail version. Is there a hack or any way to specify the size of the image I want to show up in the "page" portion of the upload images function?

PS. I have three blogs, with three different themes, and the results are all the same. WP compresses my image on the page portion, and I don't want this. I just want either the original file, or specify a different size.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply samboll but is there another way I can just hack a template or anything? I'm not really interested in heavy editing of the pictures, I just want them to show up on the "page" in a certain size.

    TIA.
