Upload image "ERROR"

First of all i would like to say thanks to you. This is an awesome plugin. you did great job. so far everything work fine except “Upload Image” for a user post doesn’t work. It keep saying
Error: -300, Message: IO Error., File: sc_251012_08[1].jpg
.Please help
