Upload form with max number of submissions per member (1 post)

    I need to create an upload form available only to registered wp users (i would use a plugin for managing access content) with the particular feature to limit the uploads per day.

    For example any registered wp users could do 1 upload a day.

    Is there any plugin for this task?

    I have seen Gravity Forms has about similar feature, but can just set the total number of submissions.
