Upload Folder is 777 but "is not writable", says Cache Images plugin (4 posts)

    "Your upload folder is not writable"

    It's 777, what else am I supposed to do?

    Also, while I'm on the subject, is there a danger to having the main folder at 777?

    Would 775 suffice?

    If you are trying cache hot linked images, try this plugin instead:
