Upload Feature

    My Brother has a photography website that I set up for him and he would like the public to be-able to upload their own pictures to his websites and the pictures will appear in the default gallery called Public or something like that.

    He is already using NextGEN Gallery to display his photos, but if there anyway to allow public to upload them?
