Error msg below:
Unpacking the package...
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I must be having a brain dead day since there should not be anything difficult about a simple upload of a theme I have downloaded and left in its original .zip format for uploading by WordPress. Any advice or suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.

As it is a commercial theme, you need to contact woothemes support
It could be that the zip contains a bundle of other files in addition to the theme - such as documentation/psds

Thanks. The error was likely mine. I changed the zip file name after downloading the Woo theme and before uploading to WordPress. When I redownloaded the zip file and did not change the file name, the Woo theme uploaded to WordPress without a hitch. Lesson learned.
