I'm trying to upload a comic and get this message:
The following files were not uploaded, or the permissions on the uploaded file do not allow reading the file. Check the permissions of both the target directory and the upload directory and try again: 2011-09-22-JZPromo.jpg
I have no idea what this means, or what to do to fix it. Help!
FTP in to your hosting and make sure you have 4 directories created in your root directory of your hosting. (same directory as your wp-config.php)

comics-rss
comics-mini
comics-archive
Those 4 directories if they are there are having permission issues with your hosting. If they are there, set them to 775 or 777 in permissions and try again.
