   I can't upload any file with Chinese file name with the wp uploader.

   my wp is fresh installed. I am using Windows to host the wp and it works fine with uploading english file name.

   I tried to set the encoding to BIG5 or UTF-8 and no luck.

   I am using Traditional Chinese characters.

   here is some Chinese words : 測試

   so I think it is a problem that everybody does, hope the wp can work this out or give me a solution.
