Upgrading WordPress MU 1.5.1 to WordPress Multisute

    Hi,

    I’ve inherited a WordPress MU environment version 1.5.1 which I’ve been tasked with upgrading to WordPress 3.9.1.

    I’ve brought up a “clean” 3.9.1 environment with no data and would like to export the data out of the old WordPress environment into the new environment.

    Is anyone aware of any programs/scripts/plugins which are capable of exporting data out of a 1.5.1 MU environment, converting it and importing it into a 3.9.1 environment?

    Just the post content? The built in WP exporter can be used to get that, and then just use the importer to pull the posts into the new site.

    I also suggest a lot of drinking.
