Upgrading to 3.8

    Am I able to upgrade from 3.5.2 directly to 3.8 or do I need to make an incremental upgrade to a version in between – like 3.6 or 3.7?

    It’s normally recommended that you upgrade one increment at a time, so 3.5 to 3.6 to 3.7 etc. I have done more then this for some sites before and they’ve all worked fine – but I know the istes well, and I knew what they had going on so I had a good idea that they’d be fine. If you have any concerns at all I’d suggest sticking with an incremental upgrade.

    Oh, and of course rmember to keep a full backup of your sites files AND your database before doing any upgrades. Just in case.
