   Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2355661 bytes) in /home/snsoutfi/public_html/teenissues/wp-includes/http.php on line 1324

   That's the problem im getting. How do I fix this?

   Do some searching. The forums are packed with this error and how to fix it.
   Read this, specifically the part about increasing the php memory_limit: http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Working_with_WordPress#Importing_and_Exporting
