Upgrading to 2.3 cause Static Pages to 404 error

    One of my Static pages went to a 404 error page. I looked in the database and it was still there under wp_post so I just copied the html out of the wp_content field, deleted that row, and made a new static page. Anybody know a better way to do this? SQL statement that will fix this?
