Upgrading plugins (quick cache) site crashed

Warning if you have quick Cache.

Just tried to do the new upgrade and started with the plugins .

Now my site has crashed !

I received these error messages :

There are more than half a dozen messages with similar content.

I went into Cpanel to delete quick cache,which seemded like the cause.

But my site is still down with a 500 error message .

Please help .

Did quick cache did this and how to fix ?
