   Hi all you wordpress gurus. I'm a not so guruy wordpress user trying to figure out how to upgrade my blog without mesing up any of the functional and aesthetic changes I have made to my http://www.nomad-one.com/blog

   Is there a simple way to update the functional parts with disturbing any changes I have made and without losing anything?

   I think I am currently on wordpress 1.5
