Upgrading fusion w/o losing customization

    All I can suggest is that you copy your current fusion theme folder and rename it to myfusion. Then edit the style.css file in the new theme folder and, again, change the theme name to something like My Fusion and remove the theme URI.

    You’ll now have two themes – the original Fusion theme – which can then be upgraded – and your custom copy which you can use to compare against the upgraded theme and/or activate if you don’t like the upgraded theme.
