I am trying to upgrade and am being asked for a host name. What are they asking? I am using myhosting.com to host my site. Is this what is the host name?

That's your FTP host name. If you don't know that info, check your hosting control panel or ask your host.

Generally just your domain name.
Make sure you rename your wp-content folder to wp-contentxxx or something so it won't be written over by the upgrade. I rename the .htaccess and wp-config files too so they won't be written over.
Remember to rename them banck to normal when you are done.
