   the instructions are rather vague

   # Delete your old WP files, saving ones you've modified.
   # Upload the new files.

   All of my wp-files? And is there a way of doing this without trying really hard to remember which ones i have midified.. because i cannot remember

   Read these more detailed instructions on what to delete.
