    Hi,

I have moved my WordPress site to another hosting company. The url of the website stayed the same.

However, when I try to update a plugin I get the error message that the target directory for streaming files is not there or is not writable.

How can I fix this? Permissions of the folder wp-content and all subfolders are 755.

I just copied the files from the old provider to the new via FTP. For the rest is everything working perfectly.

What exactly is the error message?

Download mislukt. De doelmap voor het streamen van bestanden bestaat niet of is niet schrijfbaar.

Download failed. The destination folder for streaming files does not exist or is not writable.

Contact your hosts. That's not a WordPress error message.

What do you mean? What do I have to ask to my host? We have 4 wordpress sites with One.com provider. All are working fine, except this one.

And this is the one we have moved from one host to One.com. So I think there went something wrong.

Just give them a copy of that error message.

Seems a problem of permissions after the installation as it happens with the buttons of the Visual Editor.

As I said on this post:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/upgraded-to-32-visual-editor-buttons-missing/page/2?replies=41#post-2214530

Check folders & files and change 600 permissions to 644. I'll look first on:
    /wp-content/plugins/PLUGIN-WITH-PROBLEM/
    and the others Plugin folders.
