   hi when I replaced all the old files with 2.2.3 from 2.2.2 after going to upgrade page it says wp is up to date.

   In admin panel I see the version showing as 2.2.2.

   The upgrade.php process didn't carry on, it showed this msg:
   "No Upgrade Required

   Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!"

   So, what does this mean ?? there is no thing new from wordpress end or is it a faulty error from my end ?

   All the files didn't get uploaded correctly. Upload again, and see if the version changes. As far as upgrade.php there isn't a need to run this going from 2.2.2 to 2.2.3.
