I upgraded wp from 2.9.0 to 2.9.1 and now my 'upgrade' folder size reads 19 mb which is almost double than the actual wp size when i installed it. and total size of my blog directory is 31 mb. is it safe to delete or empty that upgrade folder...?? plz help i am a complete newbie to wp.
Do tell me if you need any additional info.

Do you mean upgrade in wp-content? If so you can delete the contents of that directory.
