Ok, I'm tired so may have missed the thread that has this fix. I'm grumpy now too. My site has no pages and I have struggled all day trying to fix my site. All is well more or less except my pages only exist in the control panel. I cannot load them. Not even new categories will come forth. HELP HELP HELP!!!!
A link to your blog may help. Did you upgrade manually? if not, have you tried? tried disabling plugins, deleting .htaccess, etc?

a link to my website? I upgraded the theme thru the control panel/back door as I call it. It let me know I had upgrades avail to me. didn't think it would change anything. The site was up for the last 6 months operating just fine so not sure what you mean by linking it. I'm not savvy in .htaccess, etc....so again I am clueless to what you are asking. I had my site put together for me using wordpress with the understanding that it would be simple. I may be wrong.
It is relatively simple but, if things go wrong, you have to start doing some basic troubleshooting. It's either that or hire a professional to sort out the problems for you. Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
- increasing the available memory?
