upgraded to mu3

    Before upgrading I had the choice of activating plugins site wide or just for the main site. That choice seems to be gone.

    Is that a permanent change or am I doing something wrong?

    It’s there, it’s called Network activate now.

    Network doesn’t show up under the tools. I followed directions for creating a network but it won’t work. It seems because the site is in a sub-directory.

    It’s not under the tools. Andrea means that instead of ‘activate sitewide’ you get the TERM ‘network activate’ by the plugin.

    Also, if you upgraded from mu, you do not need to enable or create a network.

    the term “sitewide activate” on the plugins page is now “network activate” on the plugins page. As long as the plugin is DEactivated.
