Just a shot in the dark – as you’ve not given a url for me to check but have you tried resetting the permalinks.
Updating wordpress should not have caused a problem but sometimes thing like this happen.

How do we reset the permalinks?
Hi
Just go to settings in your dashboard, click on permalinks and then just click on save a couple of times.
sometimes permalinks can be affected by plugins etc on upgrades.
Kevin
check to make sure that those pages haven’t been put into the draft position. That’s what happened to my account. Once republished they appeared.
A load of other irritating stuff has happened with this upgrade as well on our site, but I’ll take that to another post.
Hi
It is a permalinks issue. They’ve set it as default now and the pages are showing but they need to set the permalinks back to how it was before for best SEO and to keep links to their page live.
Kevin
It’s definitely a permalinks issue! It’s fixed at the moment. We really prefer having the post-name as our permalinks, though, and every time I switch it back to that, we get the 404 again. Any idea?
it could be that your .htaccess file is protected and can not be written to.
Check the file is writable.
