I have updated my site to WP 3.3 and have this displayed at the bottom of every page. It has happend to me once before and turned out to be an inactive plugin. This time it's different. There are none inactive and I deactivated all plugins, no change. Checked my php folder for any possibility of plugins that have been previously deleted be there, nothing.
Any ideas?
