I just upgraded to 3.3 as I was having upload problems with FF8 on 3.2, It seemed to have solved my problems, but now whenever i click on a single post it shows the header twice. Pages show up fine. Anyone know what can cause this?

Posted 6 months ago #Are you using the bare bones 3.3 beta? As in no plugins, twentyeleven theme?
If not, deactivate all plugins and switch to twentyeleven to test
There have been some changes with 3.3 (namely jquery) which are very likely to cause problems with plugins and themes.
Since 3.3 is not released yet, themes and plugins are not updated to be compatible
