I just upgraded to 3.2. My host is simplehelix. I cannot see the visual editor, and I am not a code person. I would appreciate any help. I read on some previous threads about deactivating plugins, so I am checking that now.

Definitely try turning off all plug-ins first.

thank you zoonini. i deactivated all the plugins. then reactivated them one by one.
I am lost on that other file stuff in that link. I just write and upload pictures. I know about 3 codes total. Are you available to look at this? as a job?
