   Hi

   I have just upgrade my site http://www.worklifecentre.com to 2.9.2 and now I am unable to access the website or dashboard - Just Error 500
   In fact, everytime I upgrade it is never a smooth transfer. I have backed up the WordPress and database.

   Help please......Anyone ????

   in addition to Error 500 it also says:

   Error message:
   Premature end of script headers: index.php

   I have now changed the file permissions on .htaccess and index.php to 755 and have regained the website but cannot access the dashboard yet.

   Not sure what to do next

   I have tried deactivating the plugins via mysql and this didn't do anything either. So I decided to re installed my back up versions of wordpress and databases and I can see the website but I am still unable to access the dashboard or even sign into it.

   I also tried deleting the .htaccess file but this didn't do anything either. so I reinstalled the file from back up.

   Ideas ???????????
