upgraded to 2.9 with problems

    I just upgraded my wordpress installation to 2.9 this morning, and now I cannot really post to my blog. In the “add new post” administrative panel the button that once said “publish” now says “submit for review” and I can no longer save drafts of posts.

    It almost seems as if I am no longer the administrator of the site.

    Is this a problem that other people are having?
