   I have lost the tool bar in my TinyMCE editor, or whatever the editor is after I upgraded to 2.3.1. I also used to be able to resize the window in my editor, that function has gone away now. Thanks.

   I've tried this in Windows with IE 7, and FF 2 and also in Ubuntu with FF 2.

   Any ideas on how to fix this?

   So I was searching for forum and found this:
   http://wordpress.org/support/topic/101817?replies=71

   They suggested that you REMOVE the WWW. in the options of your site for your blog address and website address.. I did the exact opposite and added WWW and now all is fine. WEIRD....

   I had the same problem, upgraded from 2.1.2 to 2.3.1.
   I deleted and uploaded the wp-includes folder again and then magically the tool bar appeared.
