   I just upgraded to 2.1.3, and everything works great, but I don't see the permalinks option anywhere anymore? What am I missing?

   Maybe the upload wasn't successful and not all files got there. It should be in the same place under Options.

   I don't know what you see... or not.
   I'd try the admin folder if you don't see that option at all.

   yeah I did already twice, and I see everything but the option for permalinks...wtf?

   Are you logged in as admin or some other user?

   as admin, I figured it out, stupid thing doesn't show the option because I have a bunch of options!? I had to disable some plugins to remove some options, then I could see it. that's retarded, there wasn't a problem with this in the old version. jeez.
