    I messed up somehow - and can't figure out how to fix it - looked in the setting etc and in the support forum and can't find anything like it.

    The site:
    http://www.residentsagainstracism.org/

    Looking at the source of above, points to css as
    http://www.residentsagainstracism.org/wp-layout.css

    when the index.php *should* be like 1.5.1 would have it
    http://www.residentsagainstracism.org/wp-content/themes/three-col-kubrick/style.css

    Yes the theme is loaded there.

    Any ideas?

    thanx
    jd

    Did you update the stylesheet import line in index.php?

    Replace this:
    @import url( <?php echo get_settings('siteurl'); ?>/wp-layout.css );
    with this:
    @import url( <?php bloginfo('stylesheet_url'); ?> );

    hmmm interesting - will look into that.

    but- should have mentioned this too - the theme does not show up within the wordpress admin at all.

    So I suspect its a wordpress admin issue.

    thanks will report back on that

    I did this about a week ago - then the cyber cafe closed and am now trying to get back to it - but I believe I finished the process and such

    I used
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress

    I also backed up the mysql

    Something has gone wrong with the site structure as the default css is not present.

    Did / do you have a style you wanted to bring over ?
    Did you upgrade from 1.2 ?

    - Did you upgrade from 1.2 ?
    yes inside the WP admin it says at the bottom of the page

    - Did / do you have a style you wanted to bring over ?
    yes I have one loaded now - but WP admin does not 'see' it in the 'presentation' or list it when logged into the admin.

    [ i really appreciate your help, btw :-) ]

    The upgrade is faulty.

    What is needed for all the old code to be got rid of, the new code uploaded again and then your existing theme converting.

    Have a look here ?

    There's an upgrade guide on the right.
    (Is you get a connection prob, keep trying. I've just emailed my host)
