Upgraded single domain to MU, now users not getting added to domain?

    Hi. I activated the network on a single domain install just so I could easily exclude various domains from registration. Yeah, real timesaver now that I have a new problem hahaha… Anyways when new users register they become members of the NETWORK users list, but not the DOMAIN users list. I’m running the latest everything. I “think” I know what I’m doing as I successfully got 20 domains to run under a fresh clean install of UPMU. Any thoughts, anyone?

    Users are added to the network, this is correct.

    If you want them to get added to each domain, it depends how you want to do it.

    Do they need to be added to every domain, or just one?

    Yes, correct. Users using the standard WP registration are getting added to the network, but not as any particular domain users. Ideally I would like users to be automatically registered just on the domain they register on, but able to join others later. :o)

    Eeeh. You can kinda do this.

    I mean, the ‘registered on the domain they register on’ is fairly easy: http://halfelf.org/2012/multisite-registration/

    Adding the user to be able to join later, you would need to add an if to that page

    if the user is logged in, prompt to join this site.

    And then code in that.
