upgraded now i get a http not found error

Upgraded 3 sites today to 2.6.1
2 went fine

This site updated then worked for 3 to 5 minutes now it is trying to go back and re install it again?it is forwarding to
http://blog.marblestoyou.com/blog/wp-admin/install.phpthis is the first time i have seen this and i can not loose the data behind this site
any help is appreciated
