Recently upgraded my WP site to most recent version.
Multiple problems. Tags on posts show in admin panel but not from user/visitor side.
Dashboard navigation panel is missing which is a very serious issue
List of plugs ins are not accessible/viewable

it was my site builder who did upgrade and I am just trying to see if someone here can assist. site builder does not know how to fix this problem
My site is functional but is quite handicapped as a result. PLEASE help me as I have a lot of time and money invested in my site. Please can someone help me?
upgrade on my other site went just fine.
