I uploaded the files for version 2.3.3 and went to the upgrade page and got this message, "Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!." It seems that all I had to do was upload the new files. Am I definitely updated to version 2.3.3?

If you upgraded from 2.3.1 or 2.3.2 to 2.3.3, then really only the files needed uploading but doing the upgrade.php never hurts.

Posted 4 years ago #I got the same response, so I proceeded to activate plugins and other admin functions. It wasn't until after I had installed new plugins, that I realized the index page was blank. So, I deactivated the new plugins, but still I have a blank page.
