[resolved] Upgrade WP-Super -Cache, now entire site is down (4 posts)

WP-super-cache had an update available an hour ago. I chose to have it upgrade automatically within WordPress. When it finished, I got a blank page. I now cannot access my site, my WP login page or any page on my site. I've already talked to the hosting service and they are telling me it's a permissions error from WordPress but that's all they know.

I deleted the SuperCache folder from the PlugIn directory and deleted all the cached files. But the problem remains.

Any ideas? I need my site back up ASAP.

Read the troubleshooting section and "If all else fails" section in the readme.txt

You also gotta delete the cache pages in the cache folder. You have to delete anything related to wp=super-cache ...also check your htaccess file

I ended up just reinstalling WordPress entirely. Wrangling with getting my content back up through my latest backup.
