   We had 2.3.2 and I was able to upgrade to 2.5. After uploading everything I went to login WP and was asked to run a short upgrade install program. The upgrade installed. I used the same procedures to upgrade to 2.6.5 but I didn't get the request to run the install. It now says I'm at 2.5 but I have 2.6.5 files.
   How do I get the newest files to install so I can continue moving up the release ladder to 3.0?

   Try running http://your_domain/wp-admin/upgrade.php

   This doesn't connect to anything. I tried it as http://ksyocum/wp-admin/upgrade.php

   Yes - the name of the folder where you installed WordPress.
