    How do I downgrade?

    When will a patch be issued?

    I need these sites working immediately. Instead of forcing users to submit individual forum posts, why not publish a general solution to the problem?

    Have you reviewed http://wordpress.org/support/topic/troubleshooting-wordpress-35-master-list

    All issues (bar one very esoteric bug) are specific to a give site, plugin and/or theme. So there is no "general solution".

    I apologize for taking out my frustration on the forum moderators. I've followed each step provided in the reply. My theme is likely incompatible with the upgrade. Thanks for your help.

    Well, after a lot of forum scouring:

    Try adding this to wp-config.php

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

    My editor menus suddenly started working.
    No idea what it is or what's changed in 3.5 but this was magic for me.
    Hope it is for you too.

    And to add to it all, it appears WangGuard is causing some serious JS errors - borks the drag/drop and menu screw ups in the Dashboard for all my sites. They apparently know about it.

    I'm a REAL newbie to WP (3 days) :) after many years of getting fed up with Joomla. Having set up my first WP site I was seriously frustrated by the disabled functionality in the dashboard and simply couldn't find the solution. Until that is, I stumbled across this thread. MARTIN YOU ARE A COMPLETE STAR!! define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false); - has no doubt saved this newbie hours of frustration. Now I can find out what WP is really all about. THANK YOU!!
