Upgrade to 3.1 has broken site appearance

Hey all,

I just upgraded my site at birdhouseinteriors.com to 3.1, at the same time upgrading my theme to its newest version (Clean Home). Upon doing so, the site is completely jumbled, with code showing up on the page and all the customization having disappeared. Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve got a huge event that’s going to be sending a ton of traffic my way first thing tomorrow, and I’m completely in panic mode over here.

I used the Automatic Upgrade, by the way, if that helps at all.
