   I get this error message

   Warning: require(/home/csl/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/compat.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/csl/public_html/wordpress/wp-settings.php on line 265

   on a blank page.

   Any ideas?

   If seems that some of the files are not uploaded. Upload all the files again. Also, incremental upgrade is recommended when we upgrade from very old version.
