Can’t get to upgrade.php
Can’t get to index
Can’t get to wp-admin
Tried changing th name of plugins and themes
Tried to install 2.9.1 again (title should have read .2)
I’m really at a loss here.

Gone through that and still can’t get the page to load. It doesn’t make sense the file is folder:

But I still get: The Website Cannot Display The Page
Rename your plugins folder to plugins-old and try again?
Also try reverting your theme back to the default theme through phpmyadmin if you have it: http://wordpress.shadowlantern.com/?p=54
