   Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /home/vhosts/cedarcityonline.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-includes/vars.php on line 16

   Anyone know what might be going on?

   Did you install your wordpress using an automatic script installer? If so, you need to contact your host.

   Try re-uploading the wp-includes folders from a WordPress 2.9 download.
