Using the Automatic Upgrade plugin, I went from 2.5.1 to 2.6 and now have no access, just a blank page with the message:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: force_ssl_admin()in D:\Domains\greenbrierherbalist.com\wwwroot\blog\wp-settings.php on line 390"
Am I screwed? Is there someway to correct the error problem, or should I try to do a rollback to 2.5.1 by replacing the new files with the ones in the backup folder created in the Auto Upgrade process?

Maybe that code wp-setting.php did not get updated during the update?
Check here.
If you do a search on "Call to undefined function: force_ssl_admin()" you may find some search engine results. That is what I did.
Someone on this forum had the same issue, no answers there either.
I would ensure that your db is backed up along with your theme and try a manual upgrade of WordPress instead of using the auto-update plugin for now. That is how I would proceed.
