   Is there a way to upgrade through cPanel? Fantastico still has 2.3.1 up and I have no idea how to do this if it is possible. Please help.

   2.3.2 uses the same database as 2.3.1 so if you download the files in .zip unzip them and upload them via FTP over top of your existing wordpress you would be okay, http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress will guide you through it.

   Fantastico usually takes a couple of weeks to get latest versions.
