I just upgraded to WP 2.3.2 but (oops!) forgot to Deactivate my plugins before uploading the files. (I only have 3 plugins i.e. Akismet, Secure Contact Form and Random Quotes). Is this going to cause any problems? Everything seems to work OK, although the Admin pages are incredibly slow - not sure if this is related or not. Perhaps 2.3.2 admin is much slower anyway??
Any advice / help would be greatly appreciated.

I am in the same spot...I just upgraded on a Yahoo! server and I suspect something is wrong with the database. My first page will load but none of the links work. I disabled all the plugins and reverted back to the Kubric theme and it's the same.
When I initially clicked the "upgrade.php" it said a few things were "dropped" but yet the "Upgrade was a success!" so I continued without saving the page (I thought I could get back to it). Now, the upgrade just says it's all up to date!
My question for those smarter than I am: How do I check the database to see what the hang up is?
